While surfing the web recently I have noticed a growing number of these diet pill review site. This came to my attention to know more about some of these diet pill review site. So I contacted a few of these sites to see what was really behind .


My investigation lead me to discover that 90% of these sites are no more than affiliates promoting the diet pill brands of others, while not recommending 90% of other diet products by falsely misleading the consumers with testimonials of clients that obviously look fake . What they actually want to do is let consumers believe that real clients have tested the diet pills without success and instead what they suggest are the best brands of diet pills. Remember that the more they review a product to be mediocre the more you should beware.(it is probably one good competitor trying to sell a product on the market.)


And if you look at these diet pill reviews site closely, you will also notice that several will recommend the same diet pills, as these companies have enrolled some of these review sites in their affiliate program. These diet pill reviews are not nutritionist or health professionnals. No they are just greedy marketers willing to sell you diet pills.


Bottom line what ever misleading names they use, best diet pills, slimming pills review, top diet pill review top 25 fat burners, dietpillcritic, fatburner.net, criticalorie…  these diet pill reviews are simply websites selling diet pills and they are not always offering a neutral and objective advice on the best diet pills. More than that all these diet pill review websites have Pay per click sponsored links running everyday on Google. Just this should ring an alarm as to the credibility of these diet pill review sites. Who would spend thousands of dollars on pay per click ads only to review the diet pills of competitors without offering anything. I don’t know anyone that does that.  


Now if you have decided to use a diet pill to lose weight, I strongly suggest you to do your own homework and not get the advice of these diet pill review sites to make a good decision.  They will recommend what they promote (see an example on this link).Best rated diet pills I know this is difficult because you find on the market thousands of diet pills, but the best way is always to visit the site ask questions on the product, check the criterias of the ingredients…

Never underestimate the power of the vitamin. We need the right amount of vitamins and minerals every day in order to stay healthy. While supplements are always a helpful way to fill in those nutritional gaps, nothing can beat eating a well-balanced variety of nutrient-rich foods in order to give your body what it needs most.


Without the proper vitamins and minerals your body is unable to fight infection or repair damaged muscle and bone when injured. Choosing nutrient rich foods can enable you to stay strong and healthy – no matter what your age. Not sure what you should be eating for the best (and healthiest) results? Keep these basic nutritional guidelines in mind when creating a meal plan for the day:


Be sure to eat at least 6-11 servings of grains, cereals and breads every day. Just be sure they are whole grain varieties. Those made with enriched white flour lack the nutrients you need.


Fresh Fruit is also important, with the average required servings being 2-3 every day. While canned or packaged fruits give you some of the vitamins and minerals you need, they also come with high sugar levels, so try and opt for fresh fruit whenever possible. Besides, it usually tastes better!


Vegetables are an important part of every nutritional diet. Three to four (one cup) servings a day are recommended. Again try and eat fresh or frozen vegetables whenever possible, and try a variety of different types and colors for the most nutritional benefit.


Healthy Fats. Not all fats are bad. As a matter of fact, our bodies need some fats in order to give us the energy we need to get through our hectic days. Two to four servings a day are recommended. The key here is to opt for good fats found in olive oil, mackerel and salmon, and stay away from the bad fats found in processed and fast foods as well as bakery items.


Eating 1-2 servings (per week) of beans and Legumes are a great way to get the vitamins and minerals you need.


Low fat dairy is also important, especially for children and women. Most nutritional experts agree that a minimum of 2-4 servings of low fat dairy every day is important to maintaining good bone density and strength. Those who don’t like to drink a lot of milk can find their dairy requirements in yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, and other dairy products.


Lean protein that comes from seafood, poultry and lean meats is also very important. Try to eat at least 2-3 servings every day to maintain a high energy level as well as the ability to fight off disease and infection.

Eating Carbs Actually Leads To Weight Loss And Health

Carbohydrates are the single most important food you can eat.

That statement probably goes against everything you’ve ever heard, so let me explain.

If you don’t believe me, take this little test. Think of a carb!

If you’re like most Americans, bread, pasta, soft drinks, French fries, sugar, and similar foods probably flew into your mind. Yes, these foods are carbs — highly processed and refined ones.

And if these are the kinds of carbs you consume on a regular basis, let me warn you, (unless you regularly run marathons), you’re most likely either overweight or heading down the road to weight gain.

You may like them, you may consider them “comfort foods,” you may think that they couldn’t be so bad since they are so predominant in our current diet. But the biological bottom line is that human beings have not evolved to metabolize these types of carbohydrates.

They slow down your metabolism and contribute to every one of the major diseases associated with aging including diabetes, heart disease, dementia and cancer.

In most, cases they are also “empty” calorie foods-the worst possible combination — high caloric foods, low in nutrients. They deprive you of vital nutrients as well as burden your body with the task of digesting food molecules that aren’t giving you anything you need.

Eating them (especially in excess) is a prescription for weight gain. But they’re not the end of the carb story. If you’re like most people, you may not realize that the wide world of carbs is actually much, much bigger than this limited crowd of processed carbs.

In contrast, natural carbohydrates, which come to your table just like Mother Nature made them, contain many essential nutrients and specialized chemicals that turn up your metabolism via newly discovered plant chemicals call phytonutrients.
