I am on the “Oatmeal Diet” and was inquiring what I could append tothe oatmeal to increase the fiber content.

There are several fiber pills that you can take, but they also have this bottle of stuff that looks like iced tea mix. It is tasteless and you can add it to anything , blend it in, and it gives you the right amount of fiber. I think its named “fiberone” But i am not boundhope i assisted

On my sandwiches, I use Mrs. Barid’s wheat plus added fiber. Two slices is 14g of fiber, 48% of your daily needs. Sometime’s I’ll also mix a glass of natural flavor metamucil in a small cup of water and down it before bed. Metamucil is also an excellent source of fiber.
