Hi, I just started taking Dida but I seem to get more cravings than before I started taking them. Did you experience intense cravings while on it? I have taken it 2 times this far. Before starting Dida, I had already shed around 25 lbs and I was a healthy eater to begin with. Besides cravings, I experience dry mouth & energy symptoms. @californiarawrstarr No, I didn’t have to workout at all. I ate just about anything when I took it. I just stay away from alcohol while on the pill. The thing of that pill is, it doesn’t make you hungry, but you have to push yourself to eat and a lot of water though or you’ll get light headed. Be careful when you order the lida pills, there are so many fake ones out there.
